Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

The artwork must be in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.

The original packaging and any certificates of authenticity must be included with the return.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at artbyhazal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned artwork.

Artwork that has been damaged or altered after delivery.
6. Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
