The Problem
The existing url shortening tool faces significant usability challenges due to an outdated user interface and a confusing navigation structure.
Redundant and broken links disrupt user workflows, causing frustration and inefficiencies. Additionally, the absence of a robust API limits the tool’s ability to integrate with other internal systems, while its operation behind a firewall restricts accessibility, hindering seamless collaboration across teams.
